Children's Scottish Tartan Kilt In 13oz Black Watch,Plain Black,Grey, Irish Heritage and Wallace.
Material : 100% Acrylic Wool
2 leather straps to fasten kilt - 1 on the right hand side, 1 on the left
Straps allow kilt to expand by roughly 2" (26 is good for 26 to 28 inches for example)
Age from 1 - 14 years

It has 2 straps and buckles, one on each side of the kilt. The kilts are made from acrylic wool , and are more comfortable to wear than traditional wool kilts.
Straps allow kilt to expand by roughly 2" above stated size.
